Already on Sunday, the German Poker Days Festival started at the King’s Resort Rozvadov with the first of five starting days of the €100+€15 German Poker Days (GPD) Warm-Up Event.
At this tournament, prize money of €100,000 is guaranteed during the week, and you need a full 1,053 entries. After day 1a, however, only 34 starts were recorded, and four players were able to buy their ticket for the final.
On Monday evening we continued with day 1b. Here only 40 Poker fans at the tables of the King’s were found, and nine of them still used the Re-Entry option. So you get 83 Entries after day 1b. The game was played with 40.000 in chips, and you had to survive 16 levels of 30 minutes each. Five protagonists managed to do this, and so nine card cracks are already qualified for the final. Israeli Yoav Zilberman took over the overall chip lead with 645,000 (54 big blinds).
Tuesday (6 pm), Wednesday (6 pm) and Thursday (11 am – Turbo Flight with 15 minutes level) there are three more starting days one.
